HARVEST HALL – GRAPEVINE, TX

I had the pleasure of meeting up with Grapevine CVB and Director of Sales and Catering for Hotel Vin (located in Grapevine, TX) last week to take a tour of the new hotel and have lunch. Hotel Vin is an absolute beautiful property and don’t worry a full blog post on the hotel is currently in the works. Today I wanted to give insight on Harvest Hall, the dining hall connected to Hotel Vin.
Harvest Hall opened on Saturday, February 6th of this year featuring 7 kitchens, of which, each are family owned and operated. The Hall, is stated as a European-style food hall and boy are the options endless. In the mood for Latin, check, Fried Chicken, check, want some Loaded Tots for appetizer and then Stir-Fry Eggplant for your main course, the Hall has you covered.
Open 11:00am-9:00pm Sunday- Thursday and 11:00am – 11:00pm Friday and Saturday, the Hall has something for everyone. It is a grab and go concept with open seating in two main rooms as well as an exclusive indoor/outdoor entertainment venue, Third Rail. DJ Mike B plays every Wednesday from 8:00pm-11:00pm and various other artists take the stage each Friday and Saturday night. Perfect for a date or Girls Night Out. If you are looking for a great spot to grab a coffee and do some work, Main Line Coffee Bar opens at 6:30am and features coffee from Counter Culture Coffee and locally sourced goodies for breakfast or an afternoon treat. Did I mention that Harvest Hall has complimentary Wi-Fi?
For meetings and events, this venue is a one stop shop. Looking to provide breakfast or lunch for your attendees at leisure? The hotel can offer a gift card with a set amount for each of your attendees to use in the Hall. Interested in hosting a welcome reception with live entertainment? Third Rail can be rented out and your entertainment of choice can be plugged directly into their system. Another plus is that the F&B spend at the Third Rail can go towards your F&B minimum, if you have a contracted minimum spend to meet.

Last but not least, the Grapevine Main Plaza is slated to open this spring. It will bring 38,000 additional square feet of entertainment space for up to 3,500 attendees. The Plaza can be rented out as a stand-alone attraction or in conjunction with Harvest Hall and The Junction, which is the outdoor seating area at Hotel Vin. This will be a very attractive option for any larger groups.
Overall, I can’t recommend this experience enough and look forward to sharing it with a group soon! And in case you are interested I had the Sweet & Lowdown and The Roadside sliders from Easy Slider with the Loaded Tots and an M&M cookie from Main Line Coffee for dessert! It was DELICIOUS!!!!
